A family of three required a compact 4BHK house on their 30′ x 40′ north-facing plot. As usual, wants and needs are two separate entities, and balancing these two without overshooting the budget was their prime motive. Creating a balance between all these criteria while achieving a unique and luxurious feel was our design intent.
