A unique split level house design on a 30′ x 50′ plot. Indoor landscaping provides a much needed visual break apart from the regular functions of the house. Natural light and ventilation assumes utmost importance. Clean uncluttered spaces coupled with open planning makes “Linga Bhairavi” appear to be built on a much much bigger plot.

Other landscaped pockets near the dining and the terrace area add to the valuable quotient of the design. Carefully curated artifacts and lighting creates an ambience fat beyond expectations.
